摘 要:采用光引发聚合方法在经浓HNO3氧化和KH-570硅烷偶联剂处理的碳微球(CMB)表面接枝聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA),制得PMAA/CMB复合物。探讨了引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量对PMAA接枝率的影响以及样品在水和乙醇中的分散性。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和热重分析仪对产物进行了形貌和结构表征。结果表明CMB经氧化处理和硅烷化改性后,其表面可接枝PMAA,制得PMAA/CMB复合物;并且当甲基丙烯酸(MAA)与AIBN摩尔比为1∶0.05时,PMAA的接枝率约为10%,在水和乙醇中的分散性也得到了改善。By means of photo-polymerization,the methacrylic acid(PMAA)monomer was grafted onto the surface of carbon microbeads(CMBs)particles which were modified chemically by concentrated HNO3 and silane coupling agent KH-570.The influence of initiator AIBN amount on the grafting ratio of PMAA and the dispersion characteristics of CMBs in water and ethanol were discussed.The morphologies and microstructures of all the products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetry.The results indicate that PMAA is grafted on to the surface of CMBs and the composite PMAA/CMBs is obtained after oxidization and silanization treatment;when the molar ratio of MAA to AIBN is 1∶0.05,the grafting ratio of PMAA is about 10% and the dispersion characteristics of PMAA/CMBs in water and ethanol are improved.
