摘 要:传统的压井和放喷作业不利于油气资源的可持续发展,这就需要用全新的方式去对待井下作业,带压作业修井机能较好地满足这一要求。环形防喷器是实现带压作业隔离井内高温高压的关键部件,当提升或下入管柱,管箍通过环形防喷器时,要对管箍进行检测。对油管管箍检测技术进行了理论分析和实验验证。此技术可以延长环形防喷器胶芯的工作寿命,节约成本,提高了带压作业的安全性和可靠性。The operation of the traditional well-killing and blowoutprevention is not conducive to the sustainable development of oil and gas resources,which needs new ways to treat underground operations.Workover with pressure operations can satisfy this requirement.Annular blowout preventor(BOP) is a key componet,achieving operation with a pressure,which insulates the high temperature and pressure of the well.When the pipe is promoted or pulled down,the pipe hoop passes the annular BOP.It is necessary to detect pipe hoop.This paper illustrates the pipe hoop detection technology.The pipe hoop detection technology gets the theoretical analysis and experimental verification.This technique can extend the working life of the rubber core of annular BOP,and increase the safety and the reliability of the pressure operation.
