摘　　要：对变距螺杆基于UG平台的精确建模过程进行了研究。分析了建模过程中出现自交实体不能进行布尔运算和单一引导线扫描会扭曲变形的问题,提出了用实体切割和多条引导线扫描来解决问题,从而达到能用扫描和布尔运算来精确建模的目的。Different pitch screw＇s precise modeling based on UG platform is studied in this paper.The reason for problem in the modeling process is analyzed,the relevant method is proposed,which using solid incision and mult-pilot-line sweeping to solve the problem,so the precise model of the different pitch screw can be set up by sweeping and Boolean operation.
