摘　　要：目的:探讨外固定疗法治疗复杂踝部骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用标准对照,将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用手法复位U形树脂托板加塑形夹板固定治疗,对照组采用手法复位传统夹板固定治疗,2组均随访12～24月,平均18月,比较2组间的疗效。结果:2组总有效率分别为93.3%和80.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位U型树脂托板加塑形夹板治疗踝关节骨折具有一小二早三方便特点,为复位的踝部骨折提供富有弹性三维稳定的理想固定方法。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of external fixation on complex ankle fracture.Methods：Sixty patients with complex ankle fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group received manipulative reduction and u-shaped resin plate fixation,while control group received manipulative reduction and traditional splinting treatment. Both groups were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months,averagely 18 months. Clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results：Total effective rate was 93.3% and 80.0% respectively in treatment group and control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Manipulative reduction plus u-shaped resin plate fixation for complex ankle fractures has the advantages of small incision,early intervention and convenient performance,providing an ideal method for complex ankle fracture.
