撬拨复位配合三期辨证治疗儿童尺桡骨下1/3骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索儿童尺桡骨下1/3骨折撬拨复位配合三期辨证治疗的疗效及可行性。方法:采用2～2.5mm斯氏针撬拨使骨折复位,三期辨证治疗儿童尺桡骨下1/3骨折23例。结果:经撬拨复位小夹板固定,骨愈合100%,所有病例活动功能优良,无1例并发症。结论:撬拨复位配合三期辨证,小夹板固定治疗儿童尺桡骨下1/3骨折,疗效可靠,创伤小,易被患儿及家属接受,取得满意疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect and feasibility of poking reduction with three-phase syndrome differentiation treatment on the ulna and radius fracture of the 1/3 lower part in children.Methods：Twenty-three children with ulna and radius fracture of the 1/3 lower part were treated by poking reduction with 2~2.5mm Steinmann pin together with three-phase syndrome differentiation treatment in three stages. Results：All patients were cured with complete bone healing and good joint function. No complications occurred. Conclusion：It is effective and well accepted to treat ulna and radius fracture of the 1/3 lower part in children by poking reduction with three-phase syndrome differentiation treatment.
