摘  要:分析筒式柴油打桩锤的工作原理和结构特点,针对某大吨位筒式柴油打桩锤工作中存在的锤击时间较长后打桩锤的起跳次数增加,打击能量下降,特别是随着打击时间的延长,自然停车频次增加,影响了打桩效率的问题进行分析,提出解决对策和措施。通过改进,增加了大吨位筒式柴油打桩锤的空气量,改善了燃烧情况,燃油在一个循环内燃烧更充分;在热锤状态空气量的泄漏明显减少,同时确保打桩锤在工作较长时间后,最大的打击能量不会降低。Work principle and structural characteristics of a barrel type diesel pile hammer are analyzed in the article. During the operation of a large tonnage barrel type diesel pile hammer, there are problems such as more bounce and hammering power lowering after long time operation, especially more frequent self-stopping with the operation time increasing, which influences the piling efficiency greatly. Solutions and countermeasures are suggested. Through improvement, more air is added into the machine and the combustion condition is improved, the fuel can be burned more fully in one circle. Air leakage under hot work condition decreases significantly and stable hammering power can be ensured after long time operation.
