摘　　要：随着我国政务公开的推进,各级政府在门户网站上发布的政府文件信息数量越来越多,但效能并没有充分体现出来。政府网站文件利用率较低,文件信息浪费现象比较严重,存在文件发布不及时,解读性差,缺乏互动窗口等诸多问题。本文在调查分析的基础上,提出了提高我国政府网站文件信息利用率的有效措施,对加强政府的执政能力起到了积极的作用。Along with the promotion of transparency system in government affairs, the number of government document of all levels of government portal Web site is increasing, but the efficiency did not fully reflected. There are still acute problems, such as the low utilization ratio of Government website document, serious waste of information, slow document disclosure, poor interpertability, and lack of interaction window. Based on the analysis of the survey, this paper proposes the effective means to improve the utilization ratio of Chinese government Web site document information, which plays a positive role in strengthening the ability of governmental administration.
