摘　　要：信息化的高速发展对政府信息能力提出了更高的要求,信息能力已经成为影响政府执政能力和行政水平的关键因素之一。根据政府信息能力的内涵和特征,构建政府信息能力评价指标体系和基于未确知测度评价模型,结合实证评价结果提出对策和建议,对于促进政府信息能力建设具有参考价值。The rapid development of information required the government put forward of the capacity of information, information capacity is one of the key factors that influence ability and administrative levels of government. According to the meaning and characteristics of information capability of government, to build evaluation index system and evaluation based on unascertained measure model about information capability of government, and propose measures and recommendations based on results of empirical evaluation, it has reference value for the promotion of building information capacity of government.
