纳微结构氧化亚铜的制备研究

摘　　要：Cu2O作为一种重要的P型半导体材料，在光催化、信息储存等方面的具有很高的潜在价值。形貌的变化对Cu2O的性能有重要的影响。本文对立方体、中空球形、骰状、花瓣状等几种特殊结构的纳米Cu2O的制备进行了综述，并重点就纳米Cu2O在光催化方面的应用前景进行了展望。Cu2O is a kind of important P-type semiconductor materials.It has widespread potential applications, including catalysis, information storage etc. And the morphology of Cu2O have important influence to it＇sperformance. This paper reviewed some special morphological structure of the preparation of nanometer Cu2O, including cube, hollow sphere, dice, petal etc. And the applications of Cu2O on photocatalytic were discussed.
