混合低血糖指数食物辅助胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察混合低血糖指数食物(三养胶麦)辅助胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取64例胰岛素治疗控制不佳的T2DM患者分为混合低血糖指数食物配合胰岛素治疗组(治疗组),普通糖尿病饮食配合胰岛素治疗组(对照组)。观察患者治疗0、12周后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG),血糖达标时间,胰岛素剂量变化,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),低血糖例次。结果:1治疗组FBG、2h PBG、HbA1c水平下降更明显(P<0.01)。2治疗组较对照组糖尿病血糖达标时间更短(P<0.01)。3治疗组控制血糖达标同时所需胰岛素的剂量较单纯胰岛素组少(P<0.01)。4治疗组低血糖发生率与单纯胰岛素组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:混合低血糖指数食物(三养胶麦)食疗辅助胰岛素治疗能更有效控制2型糖尿病的高血糖,能显著减少胰岛素的用量,并缩短患者治疗时间,不增加低血糖发生率。Objective： To observe clinical effect on mixed low glycemic index food（Samyangjiaomai） assisting insulin to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients.Methods： 64 T2DM patients with poorly controlled insulin treatment were randomly assigned into 2 groups： a mixed low glycemic index food with insulin treatment group（treatment group） and normal diabetic diet with insulin treatment group（control group）.0,12 weeks after the treatment,we observed the fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（2h PBG）,time of high blood glucose control,insulin dose changes,glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,and incidence of hypoglycemia.Results： ① After treatment,the treatment group FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c levels decreased more significantly（P〈0.01）;② the treatment group need less time to control high blood glucose than the control group（P〈0.01）;③the treatment group while controlling blood glucose required less dose of insulin than the control group（P〈0.01）;④No difference of the incidence of hypoglycemia was made between treatment group and simple insulin group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Mixed low glycemic index food（Sanyangjiaomai） diet aids insulin therapy more effectively to control high blood glucose in type 2 diabetes.In particular postprandial blood glucose,it can significantly reduce the amount of insulin,and patient treatment time,without increasing the incidence of hypoglycemia.
