广州市海珠区2006—2008年霍乱监测结果

摘　　要：目的了解广州市海珠区2006—2008年霍乱弧菌对外环境水体和水产品等的污染状况,及时发现霍乱病例,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法运用主动监测、专项调查等方法对海珠区辖区内2006—2008年的腹泻病人、外环境水体、水产品、食品、重点人群等进行监测。结果 3年共采集各类标本9180份,检出霍乱弧菌11份,总阳性率为0.12%。2006—2008年检出的阳性率分别为0.05%、0.02%和0.01%,外环境水体监测阳性率分别为1.85%、1.50%、1.22%;2008年水产品监测阳性率为0.43%,2006及2007年无阳性样品;2007年腹泻病人及重点人群监测阳性率0.10%,2006及2008年监测结果全部为阴性;食品监测中未发现阳性样品。3年来该区共发生4起霍乱暴发疫情,每起各1例病例,以O139群血清型为主。结论该区外环境水体及水产品存在霍乱弧菌,应加强监测力度,及时了解其污染状况,以便采取有针对性措施预防和控制霍乱的发生和流行。[Objective]To understand the pollution state of fishery products and external environmental water the existence state of Vibrio cholera in for discovering the case of cholera promptly and providing scientific basis for prevention and control of cholera.[Methods]The active monitoring,special survey and other methods were adopted to perform monitoring on patients with diarrhea,external environmental water,fishery products,food and focus groups in Haizhu District during 2006-2008.[Results]Totally 9180 samples were collected variedly in 3 years,and V.cholera were found in 11 samples,total positive rate was 0.12%.The positive rate of V.cholera was 0.05%,0.02% and 0.01% respectively,and the positive rates of water were 1.85%,1.5%,1.22% respectively during 2006-2008.The positive rates of fishery products were 0.43% in 2008,there were no positive samples in 2006 and 2007;the positive monitoring rate of the patients with diarrhea and high risk population was 0.10% in 2007,with no positive samples in 2006 and 2008.Test＇s results of food were negative.There were totally 4 cholera outbreaks in 3 years with 1 case in each,and serotypes showed that O139 group accounted for the majority.[Conclusion]There is V.cholera in external environmental water and fishery products in this district.It is necessary to enhance monitoring to understand their pollution timely,so as to take appropriate measures to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of cholera
