海洋岩盘深层水中药复方制剂对小鼠胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究海洋岩盘深层水中药复方制剂(HYYPSCS)保护胃黏膜,调节肠胃功能的作用及机制。方法:采用乙醇ig给药法致正常小鼠胃溃疡,观察HYYPSCS(1 925,3 850,7 700 mg·kg-1,qd,ig给药5 d)对胃黏膜的保护作用,计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率,测定胃SOD和MDA活性,并考察HYYPSCS对小肠推进率的影响。结果:HYYPSCS给药组溃疡指数和MDA活性均低于乙醇损伤组,中剂量组SOD活性显著高于乙醇损伤组(P<0.05),各给药组对小鼠肠运动的促进作用均显著高于空白组(P<0.01)。结论:HYYPSCS显著促进胃肠蠕动且对乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。Objective：To investigate the effect of Concentrated Mineral Water and Chinese Hebal Compound（HYYPSCS） on gastrointestinal function in mice.Method：HYYPSCS（7700,3850 and 1925 mg·kg-1） was ig administrated once a day for 5 days.Acute gastric lesion was induced by ethanol in mice.The ulcer index,ulcer inhibition rate,SOD,MDA and the effect of HYYPSCS on intestinal activities was assessed.Result：Compared with ethanol group,HYYPSCS significantly reduced the ulcer index（P 0.01）,MDA activity（P 0.01） and SOD activity was significantly increased（P 0.05）.Compared with Normal group,HYYPSCS can significantly excited intestinal propulsive function（P 0.01）.Conclusion：HYYPSCS can excite gastrointestinal peristalsis and has protective effect on the gastric lesion induced by ethanol in mice.
