紫草膏对化疗性静脉炎防治作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫草膏外涂对化疗性静脉炎的防治作用。方法:选择24只健康新西兰白兔,所有动物均采用自身对照,右耳实验组,左耳为对照组,实验组和对照组各给予多柔比星5 mg(2 g·L-1)耳缘静脉注射,建立白兔耳缘静脉损伤模型。实验组按规定时间外涂紫草膏,对照组不处理。结果:白兔耳缘静脉局部大体表现及病理指标,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用紫草膏外涂能明显减轻对血管的损伤,从而保护血管,降低静脉炎发生率。Objective：To discuss the evaluation of amebia plasper that may prevent and treat chemical phlebitis.Method： The test employed 24 health new zealand white rabbits,right ears as test group and left ears as control group.Test group and left group were all injected doxorubicin 5 mg with 2 g·L-1 concentration and then established an injury model of rabbit ear vein.Test group were given amebia plasper,but control group were not.Result： There were statistically significant in the pathology of partial venous between test group and control on rabbit ear vein（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Amebia plasper was a kind of effective medicine to prevent and treat phlebitis from reducing vein injury and protecting blood vessels.
