中越边境共市贸易区发展策略研究

摘　　要：中越边境经济合作应根据中国—东盟自由贸易区向共同市场层面提升,和国际要素跨境大流动的新趋势,逐步构建"两国边境共市贸易区"。要建立新型的中越跨境沟通机制与合作平台,发展有竞争优势的跨境产业集群,完善口岸和交通设施建设,加快跨境要素流动,实现边境资源优化配置,促进区域经济深度整合。Sino-Vietnam border area was one of the pioneers in the open-up theories and cross-border cooperation institution innovation during last two decades. Facing the new trend of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area upgrade to common market and the more larger cross-border movement of factors,this region need to build up a cross-border common market in advance. By introducing and administrating the cross-border commuting cooperatively,develop the Sino-Viet border exchange trade area,and promote the regional economy integration deeply.
