摘　　要：经过实践运用。最低价中标法，取得很大的成绩，如何科学评定投标价格的合理性；如何有效防止投标人盲目低价抢标，中标后再巧立名目变相提高工程造价；如何引导企业理性投标、诚信履约等等，这些都是现阶段要推进最低投标价中标办法必须研究和解决的课题。practiced an usage, mark a method in the best price, obtain very great resuh, how science assess the rationality of tender price;How effectively prevent from a bidder blindly robbing a mark with low price, win mark empress again invent all kinds of pretexts to become to mutually raise engineering to cost;How guide business enterprise reasonableness to bid, the trustworthiness fulfill contract etc., all of these want to push forward to be lowest to bid currently the topic that the price has to study to reach agreement in marking a way definitely.
