岗梅根醇提物抗炎活性的实验研究

摘　　要：为了研究岗梅根醇提物的抗炎活性,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法和醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高法观察岗梅根醇提物的抗炎作用。结果表明,岗梅根醇提物对炎症早期的渗出和后期结缔组织增生均有较明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:岗梅根醇提物具有显著的抗炎活性。To study anti-inflammatory activity of the methanol extract from Roughhaired Holly Root.The models of xylene induced ear edema in mice,hind paw edema induced by egg-white in rats,granuloma induced by cotton-pellet in rats,and capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.Results indicated that the extract of Roughhaired Holly Root not only could inhibit the exudation of preliminary inflammatory,but also markedly abate the later proliferation of connective tissue.The extract from Roughhaired Holly Root has significant anti-inflammatory activity.
