莱钢1500mm热带轧机工艺润滑系统的开发与应用

摘　　要：介绍了在莱钢集团板带厂1 500 mm热连轧线开发的热轧工艺润滑系统组成及良好的应用效果。应用热轧工艺润滑后,可以降低轧辊磨损20%～40%,轧制力降低10%～20%,轧机主电机电流亦相应降低,实现节能降耗,效益显著;同时改善带钢表面质量,效果明显。另外本系统具有创新点:国内唯一采用喷嘴小孔径技术,吨钢油耗量指标国内领先;在控制系统中设置了独有的喷嘴清洗防堵塞技术。The roll gap lubrication system and its good effects are introduced,which is used for lubricating work roll gap of 1500mm hot strip mills of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group.After using the system,roller wear apparently is reduced by 20% to 40%,and rolling force by 10% to 20%.Consequently motor current becomes lower to get a result of energy saving,consumption reducing and profit increasing.And the strip surface quality also obviously developed.There are two creative highlights in this system.First,exclusively adopting nozzles with small internal diameter,oil consumption of per ton of steel is less than most of domestic systems.Second,nozzle cleaning circuit is specially designed to prevent nozzles from blocking.
