芳香新塔花药材质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的:制定芳香新塔花药材的质量标准,为该药用植物的资源开发和合理利用提供科学依据。方法:生药学研究,水分测定,灰分测定,薄层色谱法,高效液相色谱法测定。结果:对芳香新塔花的性状、显微特征、薄层特征进行了描述;对总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分进行了测定;高效液相色谱法测定金合欢素含量的线性范围为1.168～12.848mg·L-1,加样回收率为100.87%,RSD为2.19%;结论:本质量控制方法可以用来评价芳香新塔花药材的质量。Objective：To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Ziziphora clinopodioides by setting up the quality control specification of Z. clinopodioides. Method：The pharmacognostical methods were applied,moisture and ash were determined. And the constituents were analyzed by TLC and HPLC. Result：The morphological,histological and TLC characters of Z. clinopodioides. were observed. Content of total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and moisture were determined. The content of acacetin was determined by HPLC,with good linearity between 1. 168-12. 848 mg · L^ -1. The average recovery of chrysophanol was 100. 87% ,and RSD was 2. 19% ,respectively. Concusion：The method developed can be used for the quality control of Z. clinopodioides.
