连苏止呕胶囊的药效学研究

摘　　要：连苏止呕胶囊消化道给药能明显减轻左旋多巴所致家犬呕吐频率，延长形成呕吐的时间；明显减轻硫酸铜所致家鸽呕吐频率，延长形成呕吐的时间；促进大鼠胃排空，增强家兔在体胃运动。Liansu Zhi'ou Capsule administered to the digestive canal can reduce the vomiting frequency of Canis familiaris induced by L-Dopa and prolong the vomiting formation time. It has the same effect on the columpa livia domestica induced by copper sulfate. Also, it can promote the gastric emptying of rat, and have bacteriostatic activity to some degree.
