摘 要:目的:观察链脲佐菌素(SIZ)所致实验性糖尿病(DM)大鼠脑组织生化酶学及超微结构的改变。方法:用SIZ建造DM大鼠模型,6周后测定脑组织匀浆中ATP酸、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性,并取脑组织作超微结构的观察。结果:实验性DM大鼠脑组织中Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase及AchE活性均显著降低(P<0.01),而LDH活性却明显升高(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力明显减低(P<0.001));电镜下可见神经元变性、坏死,线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂,细胞核空化消失,神经纤维变性。结论:在DM状态下,脑组织细胞的结构和功能均受到一定的损害。Objective: To observe the effects of experimental diabetes mellitus(DM) on the brain ofrat. Methods :The DM medel was set up with streptozotocin in rat . Six weeks later , the activies of ATPase 、lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and ac etylcholinesterase (AchE ) in brain homgenates were meased. The brai n ti ssue was observed under elec -be nicroscope. Redults: It was shown that there were significan decare in activities of brainNa+, K+ - ATPase、Ca2+ - ATPase、Mg2+ - ATPase and AchE (P < 0.01 ), whereas of the achvity LDH was increased in bndn homoge-naes(P < 0.05). The total ability of anh - oxidaion in serum and bmin decnd ededly(P < 0. 001). Electron mi-cmecopy showed that there were denaturation and necrosis of neuron , swelling of mitochondria , the breaking of crista anddenaturation of neurofiber in brain of DM rat . Conclusions : The study indicate that the induchon of DM resulted in ab-normal metabolism and ultrastructure of brain cells , which mitht get involved in neuropathophysiology of diabetes .
