摘 要:为满足国3(欧Ⅲ)标准的高端喷油嘴微喷孔加工需求,研发七轴微细电火花加工机床的开放式数控系统。探讨数控系统的软/硬件结构、功能模块划分、数控界面设计,以及整体联调等关键技术;重点研究批量加工多个微喷孔高一致性精度保证方法,以及加工过程协调智能控制策略;按照用户图样要求,进行批量化产品加工验证。研究结果表明:可实现具有变焦距的喷油嘴多个微喷孔的全自动化加工,加工精度、加工效率、可靠性和操作方便性均达到工业应用要求。In order to drill the micro nozzles of diesel engine with Europe Ⅲ emission standard,an open CNC system for 7-axis micro-EDM machine tools was developed.Discussed the key technologies including hardware and software structures,function module division,human-machine interface design,and system debugging process.The studied emphasis was laid on the control method to ensure high consistency in machining multi-nozzles.The particular attention was also given to an intelligent control strategy for the coordinated control of complex machining process.According to the technical requirements of Europe Ⅲ standard,the batch production of nozzle was carried out by using the developed CNC system.The studied results show that a fully automated process is achieved in machining the multi-focus nozzles with Europe Ⅲ standard.Moreover,the performances of machining accuracy and efficiency,reliability and easy operation can meet industrial application requirements.
