摘　　要：空压机是工业、矿产、建筑等领域中常用的耗电设备,由于使用量大、运行时间长,提高空压机系统效率具有巨大的节电潜力。要规范或指导空压机系统的经济运行管理,则标准要先行。目前我国已制定和实施GB 19153《容积式空气压缩机能效限定值及能效等级》强制性国家标准,但这只是对空压机机组提出了能源利用效率要求,而提高空压机系统的运行效率则具有更大的节能潜力。我国目前也制定和实施了GB/T 13470《通风机系统经济运行》和GB/T 13469《离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵与漩涡泵系统经济运行》国家标准,对促进工业节能管理发挥了重要的作用。空压机经济运行标准的研究与制定,将为科学管理、技术改进提供标准化支撑,为降低能耗、提高经济性发挥推动作用。Air compressors are commonly used in power equipment in the field of industrial,mining,construction and so on.Because of the large use and long time operation,it has great potential for saving about the efficiency of air compressor system.To regulate or guide the management of economic operation of air compressor system,then the standard should be first.At present,China has been developing and implementing mandatory national standard GB 19153＂Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Gades for Air Compressors＂.This is only the energy efficiency requirements about the air compressor unit,and to improve the operating efficiency of air compressor system is a greater energy saving potential. China is also developing and implementing the GB/T 13470＂Economical Operation for the Fan System＂and GB/T 13469＂Economical Operation for Centrifugal,Mixed Flow,Axial Flow and Vortex Pump Systems＂. Those play an important role in promotions of industrial energy saving management.Researching and developing the standard for air compressor economical operation will provide standardization support for scientific management and technological improvements,also for reducing energy consumption and increasing economic.
