摘　　要：目的了解广东省结核病防治经费的投入情况,对全省结核病防治专项经费公平性进行分析评价。方法利用调查表对2008年全省各级结核病防治专项经费投入情况进行调查,使用洛伦茨曲线(Lorenz curve)和基尼系数(Gini coefficient),从广东省人口分布、地理分布和结核患者数量的角度,分析以结核病防治经费为代表的卫生资源配置的公平性。结果广东省2008年经费投入按人口分布的Gini系数为0.40,按地理分布的Gini系数为0.73,按病人数分布的Gini系数为0.71。结论广东省结核病防治专项经费在人口分布上达到较好的公平性,但在地理分布和患者分布方面公平性相对较差。Objective To understand the input of TB control special funding in Guangdong,and evaluate the fairness of TB control funding devotion. Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate the TB control funding input of all TB institutes in each level. Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient is employed in evaluating the equity of TB control fund from population distribution,geographical and patients load distribution points of view. Results The Gini coefficient of TB control fund is 0.40,0.73 and 0.71 respectively by population,geographical and patients load distribution. Conclusions By population distribution,TB special funding achieved good fairness,however,in geographical and patients load distribution,the funding fairness is relatively poor.
