摘　　要：基于生态系统理论分析企业信息生态系统的内涵及特征,从系统构成角度分析企业信息生态系统的基本要素及支撑要素,并给出要素之间的相互作用关系。从企业信息生态系统建设过程角度构建企业信息生态的评价指标,应用群决策方法,结合LWD算子和LOWA算子构建新的综合评价方法,并对企业信息生态评价指标的应用进行算例分析。The paper analyzes conception and characterizes of the information ecological systems of enterprise besed on the theories of ecological systems, analyzes the basic elements and supporting elements of enterprise information eco-system from the view of the system, and gives the interaction between these elements. From the view of the process of enterprise information ecosystem building, the paper construct enterprise information ecological evaluation index, builds a new comprehensive evaluation method by group decisionmaking methods, combining with LWD operator and LOWA operator, and analyzes the application of enterprise information ecological evaluation index.
