摘　　要：合作是一种普遍现象,这在专利情报和学术文献中均已有体现。为考察两者的合作模式与合作关系,构建合作分析模型,分别将两者的合作模式可视化,并利用Pajek软件绘制合作关系网络。通过比较,发现两者既存在着共通性,也具有差异性;同时也发现中国公司与国外公司在研究方面存在着较大差距。最后,对合作分析与共引分析方法进行比较。Cooperation has become common practice, and it also can be reflected from the patent intelligence and academic literatures. For the purpose of exploring the cooperation mode and relationship of them, the author constructs the cooperation analysis model, visualizes the cooperation mode individually, and then forms the cooperation relationship networks by using the Pajek. Through the comparison of them, the results indicate that consistency and difference exists simultaneously, and there has a big research gap between the Chinese corporations and foreign corporations. Finally, the author further compares the method of cooperation and co-citation.
