文学网站内容生产的“微支付”模式与版权解决体系分析——以盛大网络为例

摘　　要：总结文学网站的产业化出版模式,概述"微支付"的概念、特点及原理,分析盛大网络文学的内容生产和微支付系统特点,解剖盛大文学的知识产权授权特点和版权解决体系,构造文学网站版权解决体系模型,对文学网站未来的发展提出内容为上、技术跟进、版权集体管理、创建监督机构和走产业化发展之路等建议。This paper summarizes the industrialization model of literature website, gives an overview of the concept, the characteristic and the principle of micropayment systems, analyzes the content production platform of Shengda＇ s online literature and the features of it＇ s micropayment systems. Tthen the intellectual property rights characteristic of Shengda＇ s online literature and it＇ s copyright settlement system are studied. At last it gives four advices to literature wehsite such as content first, the technical follow - up, copyright management together, creating supervising institution and going the way of industrialization.
