摘  要:建立了炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置的能耗评价模型,对常减压蒸馏装置及各组成设备基于实测数据,进行能量平衡分析,得到常减压蒸馏装置和各子系统设备的能量利用评价指标,对其用能现状进行综合评价,揭示能量损耗的大小、原因及分布,找出用能的薄弱环节,并提出相应的节能建议。该能耗评价方法简便易行,与有关评价标准计算结果比较,误差为2.4%,考虑到运行数据的波动及计算误差等原因,认为该模型的计算方法是可靠的。An energy consumption evaluation model for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of refineries was set up and the model was used to analyze the energy balance of a case unit based on its operation data. From this analysis, the evaluation indexes of energy utilization for the unit and relative devices were obtained, and a comprehensive evaluation was made for the status of energy consumption. The amount, causes and distribution of energy consumption were discussed, the weak parts of energy using were found and some suggestions for energy conservation were proposed. This energy consumption evaluation model is simple and easy to be used; furthermore, the error of data obtained from this model and the standard calculation results is about 2.4%, indicating this method is reliable.
