摘  要:借助于PIMS软件平台,根据某公司实际生产情况,对原有企业级PIMS模型系统进行调整,开发了一套原油分输分炼切换方案优化系统,并对6/4天原油切换方案进行模拟测算。结果表明,该模型系统可用于制定详细的原油分输分炼计划与调度方案,寻找实施方案的瓶颈,确保原油分输分炼方案的长周期稳定运行,并为企业中长期投资规划提供可靠依据。Using PIMS software platform and based on the processing data of a refinery to adjust the PIMS model system, an optimum switching scheme system for transporting and processing crude oils separately was developed. Simulating calculation for a 6/4 days switching scheme was carried out. Results showed that the model could be used to make detail plan and scheduler for transporting and processing crude oils separately; it could also be helpful to find out the bottleneck of the plan, the scheme. It could also provide reference data for making and thus ensuring a long-term smoothly running of mid and long term investment of the enterprise.
