摘　　要：根据血吸虫尾蚴聚集于水面的生态特点,以新疆阿魏为原药,以锯末为载体,研制出新型阿魏漂浮缓释剂,该缓释剂可在水面漂浮30d,且对血吸虫尾蚴杀灭作用极显著(P<0.01),为控制血吸虫病的蔓延提供了有效途径。The novel Ferula sinkiangensis floating slow-release preparation containing sawdust was obtained according to the habit of the schistosome cercariae floating on the water surface.Cercaricidal sawdust could float on the water surface for morethan 30 days without subsiding.The Ferula sinkiangensis released slowly,and kept high killing rate against the cercariae larvae even lasting for more than 30 days.The novel formulation of Ferula sinkiangensis could float on the surface for a long time,which offered an effective approach to control the cercariae larvae of schistosome.
