复方雷尼替丁对三种溃疡模型作用的研究

摘　　要：观察了复方雷尼替丁对幽门结扎型、利血平型和乙酸型等不同类型溃疡模型的作用，结果表明，复方雷尼替丁对３种溃疡模型都有不同程度的保护作用，且疗效与西米替丁相似；此外，复方雷尼替丁尚能显著抑制大鼠基础胃酸的分泌、降低胃蛋白酶活性。The effects of complex Ranitidine on pylorus ligation induced, reserpine induced and acetic acid induced gastric ulcers were investigated respectively. The results showed that complex Ranitidine had protection against the ulcers in the three models, and its effect is similar to that of cimetidine. In addition, complex Ranitidine can significantly inhibit the basic secretion of gastric acid and activity of pepsinase. This study provided theoretical evidents for the clinical application of Ranitidine.
