超声对低出生体重儿脑容积测量的意义

摘　　要：目的研究适于胎龄低出生体重儿(LBWI)的脑容积是否落后于正常足月儿。方法采用颅脑超声对LB-WI的大脑半球横径,小脑冠状位横径,矢状位横径及纵径进行测量,并与足月儿进行比较。结果出生时LBWI组的大脑半径和小脑冠状位横径、矢状位横径、矢状位纵径与足月儿组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 LBWI的大脑和小脑发育均落后于足月儿,故应加强围产期保健,预防早产,同时对LBWI提倡早期干预治疗,促进脑发育。Objective：To study if the low birth weight infants（LBWI） ＇s brain volume,which are appropriate for gestational age,is behind the normal full-term infants.Methods：LBWI＇s diameter of the cerebral hemispheres,cerebellum coronal diameter,sagittal diameter and longitudinal diameter were measured and compared with the full-term infants.Results：Compare LBWI group＇s diameter of the cerebral hemispheres,cerebellum coronal diameter,sagittal diameter and longitudinal diameter with the group of full term infants＇s,and the results had statistic significance（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The cerebrum and cerebellum of LBWI were behind the development of full-term infants,it should be strengthen perinatal cared,prevention of premature birth,At the same time,we should take early intervention treatment and promote brain development to LBWI.
