摘 要:本文在实验室条件下合成了不同模数的固体水玻璃,并着重从凝结时间和抗压强度两个方面考察了不同条件下合成的固体水玻璃对矿渣—赤泥体系的激发效果。结果表明,就赤泥/矿渣重量比为30∶70的体系而言,当固体水玻璃的模数为1.2、水玻璃掺量以Na2O计为3%时激发效果最佳。此时,碱—矿渣—赤泥水泥的28天净浆抗压强度可达67MPa,并且与碱—矿渣水泥类似具有早强的特性。另外,X—射线衍射对水化3天试样和未水化试样的半定量分析结果表明,水化3天后试样已经发生了明显的反应,说明模数为1.The behavior of setting and strength development of the slag-red mud system activated by solid water glass with different modulus synthesized in laboratory was investigated.The results showed that an excellent activation effect could be obtained by adding 3% of the synthesized solid water glass based on Na2O with a modulus of 1.2,when the mass ratio of red mud to slag is 30/70.The compressived strength of the alkali-slag-red mud paste reached 67 MPa with initial setting time of 1h05 min and final setting time of 3h10min under that condition.The analysis of the hydrated paste with curing age of 3 days by XRD revealed that some changes had occurred on its XRD pattern as compared with its reference,thus explaining its reason of high early strength developing behavior.
