摘  要:全要素生产率本质上是研发支出、品牌建设等无形投资的回报,与有形资本积累一样要付出资金成本。在技术落后阶段,通过引进技术来获得技术进步,尽管全要素生产率会降低,但是资金使用效率更高,技术进步和经济增长更快。重化工业化、借用技术与代工生产是造成我国资本积累型经济增长的主要因素,是由我国所处的经济发展阶段所决定的,并不表明我国经济增长质量低下。Total Factor Productivity is essentially the returns of the intangible investment such as RD expenditure,brand-building,etc.and has to pay capital cost just like the accumulation of tangible capital.At the stage with backward technology,to obtain technological advances mainly by borrowing technology from abroad will have higher efficiency in using funds and in the faster growth of both the technology and the economy,although TFP will be reduced.The major factors that result in China’s capital accumulative economic growth mode are the fast growth of heavy industry,the borrowed technology and OEM production.This is decided by the economic development stage that China lies in,not indicating the low quality of China’s economic growth.
