摘　　要：介入治疗是先天性心脏病一种安全有效的非外科手术治疗方法,并发症少、死亡率低。近年来,随着介入器材及技术的不断发展,先天性心脏病经导管介入治疗得到了极大的发展。该文分析了目前国内先天性心脏病介入治疗的特点、现状及进展,最后提出存在的主要问题及相应改进措施。Interventional therapy is a nonsurgical, effective and safe method for treating congenital heart disease with fewer complications and lower mortality rate. With the development of interventional equipment and technology, transcatheter therapy for congenital heart disease continues to evolve in significant ways. This article analyzed the current status and progress about transcatheter therapy for common congenital heart diseases in China. Finally the existing problems and corresponding settlement measures had also been analyzed.
