摘　　要：合作式数字参考咨询服务模式的协作化、国际化及资源与服务集成的变化,引发新的知识产权风险。结合国内常见的几家合作式数字参考咨询服务的知识产权保护现状,提出通过明确合作契约条款,建立知识产权评估中心等措施,坚持利益对等、责任共担的法律精神,通过设立专门接警人制度,或者设立图书馆版权管理员岗位的制度创新,规避合作式数字参考咨询服务的知识产权风险,以期合作式数字参考咨询服务稳定、可持续发展。Collaborative digital reference service models of collaboration, internationalization and integration of resources and services, causing changes in intellectual property risks. Several co-operation with domestic common digital reference service status of intellectual property protection through specific cooperation contract provisions, the establishment of intellectual property assessment centers and other measures to uphold the interests of reciprocity, shared responsibility, the spirit of the law, through the establishment of specialized Alarm＇s system or the creation of the library administrator posts the copyright system innovation, to avoid intellectual property risks of collaborative digital reference services.
