摘  要:针对带压密封夹具设计中存在的难点,以弯曲梁理论为基础,建立法兰夹具力学模型,推导出更接近实际的夹具强度计算公式。依据泄漏介质温度、压力、法兰外周长、法兰副的连接间隙、连接螺栓的个数、夹具材料的许用应力及夹具强度计算公式,选择面向对象方法编制夹具设计智能化计算软件。输入现场实际测绘的相关数据,智能软件将自动完成计算。应用实例证明该软件的实用性和易用性,初步实现带压密封夹具设计的智能化。The mechanical model and recommendable strength calculation formula of flange clamp were proposed according to the difficulty in the online leak sealing flange clamp design and based on the bent beam theory. The intelligent clamp design software was developed by using object-oriented and based on leaking media temperature,pressure,leaking flange outer circumference,joint clearance of the flange,joint bolt numbers,working allowable stress and strength calculation formula of flange clamp. When the data of in-set measurement,technical requirements and design's information are inputted,the intelligent software will finish computation automatically. The application of this software shows that it is simple and easy to use. The intelligent design of online leaking sealing clamp was achieved preliminarily.
