摘　　要：在分析大型机械设备已有干油润滑方式存在问题的基础上,给出一种建立在新的液压技术、通讯技术、检测控制技术集成基础上的新型润滑方式,介绍这种新型润滑方式的设计思想及系统实现。该系统可以有效地解决现有润滑系统存在的问题,能够根据不同润滑点对润滑量的实际需要,进行可控分配。A new lubrication method combining new hydraulic technology,communication technology,measurement and control technology was presented based on analyzing the dry oil lubrication problems of large-scale machinery and equipment. The design concept and system implementation of this kind of lubrication system were introduced. The system can solve the existing lubrication problems effectively and are able to distribute amount of lubricating oil according to different points of the actual needs.
