摘　　要：通过对基础油以及催冷剂、光亮剂、抗氧剂等添加剂的考察,筛选出性能优良的新型添加剂并用正交实验进行复合,研制出性能指标和冷却特性曲线达到同类进口油Daphne-C水平的快速光亮淬火油N20。实际应用结果表明,研制的N20快速光亮淬火油具有优良的使用性能,淬火后工件的金相组织和硬度完全满足要求,价格仅为进口油的1/2～2/3,可替代同类进口油品。Through investigating the base oil,cooling accelerant,brightener and antioxidant,selecting premium additives and packing with the orthogonal experiments,a fast bright quenching oil N20 was developed,its performance indicators and cooling characteristic curve attained the same level of imported oil Daphne-C. The result of practical application shows that the developed quenching oil N20 has excellent performance,and the workpiece can satisfy the demand of metallographic structure and hardness after quenching,and its price is lower 1/2～1/3 than that of imported oil,it can replace the similar imported oil.
