摘　　要：分析茂名30万t单点系泊系统(SPM)大型滚柱轴承严重磨损,运行周期缩短的原因,针对运行管理中遇到的SPM大型滚柱轴承润滑问题,提出加大主轴承润滑量,缩短润滑周期,优化敞开式排油设计,改进主轴承润滑腔的密封,加强对主轴承在用润滑脂的定期检测等解决方案,有效解决30万t单点系泊系统大型滚柱轴承润滑的故障隐患。The causes of severe wear and short run cycle of big roller bearing on 300,000-DWT single point mooring（SPM） system were analyzed. Aimed at the lubrication problem of operation managing for big size roller bearing on SPM,some solutions were put forward,including increasing the grease quantity,shortening the grease change period,optimizing the design of open-type grease discharge,improving the seal of bearing lubrication chamber and strengthening the periodic inspecting of the bearing grease in use,and the lubrication failure of the big roller bearing on 300,000-DWT SPM system was solved effectively.
