摘  要:目的:从升麻中分离得到升麻苷H-1,并以此为对照建立比色法测定升麻中升麻总皂苷含量方法。方法:以5%香草醛-高氯酸(1∶4)为显色体系,于60℃水浴中加热15min,置冰水中冷却2~3min,于537nm处测定吸光度。结果:样品在0.10mg~6.98mg(r=0.9995)范围内呈良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重现性及加样回收率试验RSD均小于3%,平均加样回收率为100.27%。结论:该方法简便易行,稳定性、重现性好,可用于升麻中总皂苷的含量测定。Objective:To develop a colorimetric analysis method for the quantitative deteremination of total saponins in Rhizoma Cimicifugae with the self-made Cimifugoside H-1 used as a reference substance.Methods:Use 5% Vanillin-HClO4(1∶4)as the chromogenic reagent and react 15min at water bath of 60℃,then cool in the ice water for 2~3 minutes.The detective wavelength was537nm.Results:The Reference substance showed a good liner relationship at a range of 0.10 mg^6.98mgg(r=0.9995).the RSD of the precision,stability,reproducibility and recovery were less than 3% and the average revovery was 100.27%.Conclusions:The method is simple with excellent stability and reproducibitity and can be used in the determination of total saponins in Rhizoma Cimicifugae.
