摘 要:目的:探讨镁离子在支气管哮喘(下称哮喘)豚鼠气管重塑中的作用机制。方法:将50只雄性豚鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、哮喘模型组(B1组)、哮喘模型延续组(B2组)、高镁组(B3组)、低镁组(B4组)。用卵清蛋白复制哮喘气管重塑模型。观察血清镁离子浓度、气管壁各层厚度及脏器体重比。结果:1B1组血清镁离子浓度明显低于A组(P<0.05),气管壁各层厚度明显大于A组(P<0.01)。2B3组血清镁离子浓度明显大于B2组(P<0.05),气管壁各层厚度明显小于B2组(P<0.05)。3B4组小气管平滑肌厚度大于B2组(P<0.05)。结论:血清镁离子在哮喘豚鼠气管重塑中起调节作用。Objective:To explore the effects of magnesium ion on the airway remodeling of guinea pigs with bronchial asthma.Methods:50 male guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group (A),asthma model group (B1),continued asthma model group (B2),magnesium sulfate administration group (B3),and calcium gluconate administration group (B4).Airway remodeling models of asthma were established with ovalbumin.The research index contained serum concentration of magnesium ion,layer thickness of airway wall,and organ weight ratio.Results:Compared with A group,serum concentrations of magnesium ion was significantly lower in B1 group (P0.05),but layer thickness of airway walls higher than the former (P0.05,0.01).Compared B3 group with B2 group,serum concentrations of magnesium ion was significantly increased in the former (P0.05),but layer thickness of airway walls was opposite (P0.05).The thickness of small airway smooth muscle in B4 group was significantly greater than that in B2 group (P0.05).Conclusion:The serum concentration of magnesium ion play an adjusting role in the airway remodeling of guinea pigs with asthma.
