摘　　要：基于传统技术开发水电优化调度系统的缺点及富互联网应用开发的优势背景,分析Flex技术的特点,研究水电优化调度的系统的主要功能及Flex开发的关键技术,构建了基于FLEX的水电优化调度系统。According to the shortcomings of traditional technology in developing hydropower optimization scheduling system and the advantages of RIA（rich internet application） development,the characteristics of Flex technology were analyzed.The main functions of the hydropower optimal scheduling system and the key technologies of Flex development were researched.Meanwhile the hydropower optimal scheduling system based on Flex was constructed.
