摘 要:通过模拟灰场实际的运行状态,对腐蚀、结垢、磨损等潜在风险进行测试分析,认为腐蚀是利用现有灰场输送排放石膏的主要技术影响因素。介绍了某灰场的地理条件及运行概况,指出需要注意运行多年的管路腐蚀穿孔的可能性,以及衬胶截止阀的腐蚀。提出利用现有灰场输送堆放脱硫石膏对环境的影响较小,并且从环境保护的角度出发,建议在灰场堤坝外围种植多层次的树木,尽量减少扬尘的影响。Through simulating the practical operation status of coal-fired power plant,the corrosion,scale,erosion and some other potential risks for the heaping of gypsum by using the present ash field were tested and analyzed.The corrosion was believed to be the main technical factor of impacting the transport and disposal of the gypsum in this process.The geographical conditions and the general operation situation of one coal-fired power plant were presented.It was proposed that the corrosion perforation possibility of the pipelines running for many years should be paid attention to,as well as the corrosion of the rubber-lining stop valve.It was also proposed that the environmental impact of transporting the heaped gypsum by using the present ash field was relatively small.From the view of the environmental protection,planting multi-layer trees in the surrounding area of the ash field dam was suggested to decrease the impact of the fugitive dust as much as possible.
