清远市放射工作人员健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解清远市长期接触小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康的影响,为保障放射工作者的健康和改进防护措施提供依据。方法对清远市220名放射工作人员进行职业健康检查并对结果进行分析。同时选择359名不从事放射工作的其他医务人员作为对照组进行分析。结果随着工龄的增加,放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊率和眼科检查异常率增加,部分组间指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);周围血象均在正常参考值范围内;微核率均值在正常参考值范围内,放射组中,工龄<5年与5～15年和>15年工龄组的微核率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)值均在正常参考值范围内,放射组工龄<5年与>15年组的TSH值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射工作人员长期接触低剂量照射,仍有可能造成健康损害,应加强放射防护管理。Objective To explore the health effect of long term low dose radiation exposure.Methods Through occupational epidemiological examination,a cross-sectional investigation was carried out on 220 radiation exposure workers in Qingyuan.Results Even the dose was under the threshold limit of 20 mSv/a,the abnormal rate of both ophthalmologic examination and blurred crystalline lens significantly increased with the increasing of exposure age.The values of peripheral blood cell count were in normal range.Compared to the group of exposure age 5 years,the abnormal rate of peripheral lymphocyte micronucleus had significantly statistic difference with the groups exposure age of 5～15 and 15 years.The levels of T3,T4 and TSH were normal,but compared to the exposure age15 years,TSH had significantly statistic difference with the exposure age 5 years.Conclusion With the increasing of the exposure age at low dose radiation,health hazard probably still exist.Much attention should be paid to the workers with long exposure age and the management of radiation exposure should be enhanced.
