钻孔减压术加服中药治疗早期股骨头坏死30例

摘　　要：目的:观察钻孔减压术加中药治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:将60例早期股骨头坏死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予钻孔减压术加中药内服治疗,对照组单纯用钻孔减压术治疗。两组分别进行Harris评分、影像学疗效和综合疗效的比较。结果:30例患者在治疗的1个月、3个月和1年后3个阶段结束时Harris评分均优于对照组(P<0.01);影像学比较前两阶段治疗结束后两组无差异,在治疗1年后治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);综合疗效比较在治疗1年后治疗组著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术加服中药的中西医结合治疗早期股骨头无菌坏死比单纯钻孔减压术治疗效果好,没有明显副作用,是治疗早期股骨头无菌坏死的一种较好方法。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the drilling decompression combined with Chinese herbs treatment on the early osteonecrosisof femoral head（ONFH）.Methods：30 cases with early ONFH were divided randomly into a treatment group of 30 cases and a concontrast group of 30 cases.All the cases were given regular drilling decompression,in addition,the treatment group received Chinese herbs treatment after the surgery.The two groups were compared by Harris scores,image diagnosis and comprehensive therapeutic effect.Results：The Harris scores of the treatment group one month,three months and one year after surgery are all better than those of the contrast group（P0.01）.The two groups have no significant difference after the first three months Chinese herbs treatment for image diagn osis,but after one year of treatment of Chinese herbs the treatment group showed better results for both image diagnosis（P0.05）and comprehensive therapeutic effect（P0.05）.Conclusion：The drilling decompression combined with Chinese herbs treatment could be used to treat early ONFH with better therapeutic effect than pure drilling decompression,and no significant side effects.
