摘　　要：为实现经济增长和社会发展从"资源依赖"向"创新驱动"的转变,广东必须大力发展研发服务业,与制造业相结合形成"双轮驱动"的格局,并产生协同效应,进而提升产品/服务的竞争力和竞争优势。探讨广东研发服务业发展现状和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出促进广东研发服务业发展的战略思路、政策建议及相应的保障措施。In order to achieve the conversion from ＂resource dependency＂ to ＂innovation driven＂ of economic growth and social development,Guangdong must vigorously develop RD services,and form a ＂double wheels driven＂ pattern combined with manufacturing industry,then engender synergy effects to promote the competitive advantage of productions or services.This paper discusses the development situation and problems of Guangdong RD services,and puts forward the strategic thinking,policy recommendations and appropriate safeguards to promote the RD service industry of Guangdong.
