摘　　要：从创意产业园区的网络视角出发,构建"社会网络环境支撑——资源优化配置——企业良好运作"的园区运作机制,并对资源配置机制、技术创新机制、资金筹集机制、政府激励机制、管理服务机制、多元互动机制进行探讨。From social network perspective this paper establishes a mechanism of＇social network supported environment-resource allocation-good operation of the enterprise＇.Then the paper discusses all the mechanisms of resource allocation,technology innovation,financing mechanism,government incentives,management services,multi interactivity and so on.
