乙烯基类聚合物鞣剂组成与性能的相关性

摘　　要：本文采用二次回归正交［１］的试验设计方法，探索乙烯基类聚合物鞣剂的组成与性能的量化关系。探索了６种单体（丙烯腈—ＡＮ、丙烯酰胺—ＡＭ、甲基丙烯酸—ＭＡＡ、甲基丙烯酸甲酯—ＭＭＡ、醋酸乙烯酯—ＶＡｃ、丙烯酸乙酯—ＥＡ）与丙烯酸（ＡＡ）的二元共聚物，对增厚率、收缩温度、物理机械性能、可压缩因子［２］等１０个指标进行了测定，对数据进行回归，得到乙烯基类聚合物鞣剂的组成与其性能指标的经验关联式或回归方程ｙｐ＝ａｘ２＋ｂｘ＋ｃ（ｐ、ａ、ｂ、ｃ为回归参数），并对含有不同共单体的复鞣剂用于铬革复鞣对坯革的各项指标产生的影响进行了讨论。In this study,the two_power regression orthogonal design is determined to probe into the relation between composition of vinyl polymer tanning agent and properties. Six monomers (AN-acrylonitrile,AM-acrylic amide,MAA-methyl acrylic acid,MMA-methyl methacrylate,VAc-vinyl acetate,EA-ethyl acrylate) are chosen to copolymerize with acrylic acid(AA) to form bipolymers. Using these bipolymers as tanning agents,detecting ten proper indexes of retanning leather samples e.g. thickness increment ratio,shrinking temperature increment,phy_mech properties,compressible factor ,etc.,and regressing the data,the experimental cognitive equations related properties with composition are gotten. The form is yp=ax2+bx+c (p,a,b,c is regressing parameter). The influence of retanning agent composed with different comonomers on the property indexes of leather samples are also discussed.
