三大中文期刊全文库收录年限相符度探究  

Is the Databases' Indexed Years Credible?——Study on Match Degree of Chinese Journal Full-text Databases' Indexed Years

摘　　要：为检验中文期刊全文数据库实际收录年限与数据库商声明的收录年限是否相符以及相符程度如何,提出"收录年限相符度"的概念。以"中国学术期刊网络出版总库"、"中文科技期刊数据库"、"万方学术期刊数据库"为例,对"收录年限相符度"进行计算,三库"收录年限相符度"依次为:73.8%、31.7%、7.5%。对"收录年限相符度"两大影响因素的研究显示,三库均有一定比例的期刊应收未收,但更名刊处理方式对收录年限相符度影响不大。指出"收录年限相符度"便于用户准确把握数据库的收录年限,避免错误认知对图书馆工作的影响。In order to check the match degree of ＂Actual Indexed Year＂ and＂Official Indexing standard＂, ＂Indexed Year Match Degree＂ was defined in this paper. ＂Indexed Years Match Degree＂ of Chinese Journal Full-text Databases was calculated. Chinese Academic Journal Web Publishing General Library＇s match degree is 73.8~, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database＇s match degree is 31.7% ,and Wan Fang Academic Journals Database＇s is 7.5 %. The study shows missing years is very common in these databases, but indexed mode of journals with changed titles does little effect on match degree. ＂Indexed Year Match Degree＂ is very useful for users to obtain an accurate grasp of database indexed years, and has a practical significance of avoiding wrong cognitive effect on the work of libraries.
