摘　　要：经过几十年的发展及完善,造血干细胞移植(HSCT)已成为治疗多种血液系统恶性疾病的重要手段。HSCT是复杂的系统工程,由预处理、供者选择、合并症的诊疗等多种技术组成,目前中国尚无HSCT准入规范,为使中国HSCT的临床应用发展更顺利,移植疗效更好,应尽快实现技术的规范化。此外,多中心研究是解决临床重大问题的重要方式,HSCT的规范化有利于HSCT多中心研究的开展。在规范化技术的基础上,通过多中心研究,中国HSCT自主创新的速度将大大加快,同时也实现了技术的规范化和推广。Summary： After decades of development and improvement, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） has become the most important therapy for hematological malignant diseases. HSCT is a complicated system engineering consisting of conditioning, donor selection and management Of HSCT-related complications. Presently, standards of transplantation access in China remain lacking. Notwithstanding this, standardization of transplant techniques should be indispensable to promote clinical application of HSCT and improve the curative efficiency of HSCT. Furthermore, this may benefit management of multi-center studies which is recognized as a major approach to solution of important clinical problems of HSCT. Based on the standardization of the techniques, the independent innovation in the field of HSCT in our country can be greatly accelerated through multi-center clinical trials and the process of innovation in turn may lead to standardization and widespread use of the techniques.
